Diamond Home Assist empowers our clients with disabilities to create positive change in their local communities. Our experienced carers can help with everything from social inclusion to help with getting a college place. We are always there for our clients, no matter the requirement.
Many of our clients have had a sudden change to their lives, whether it’s a stoke or a brain haemorrhage, these disabilities can prove to be extremely challenging as the client needs to get over the mental barriers before they can start to rebuild their lives.
