At Diamond Home Assist, we want to live in a world with equality for all. This is why we offer compassionate support services for those living in the community that require additional assistance, giving them the reassurance that we will provide the assistance needed when they need it most.

We aim to give service users choice and control to help them actively engage in the community and live independent and fulfilling lives.

Our Mission

Assisting vulnerable and elderly members of the community in their own home through compassionate, person-centred support.

We offer a caring, compassionate service to help individuals with the many issues that modern life brings. We work closely with our clients to build a personalised support plan that will reflect and work towards each client’s goals and individual needs.

Our professional and highly experienced staff treat clients as equals at all times, helping them to overcome any obstacles they encounter.

Award Winning Support Services

In 2022 we were nominated for the ‘Homecare Service of the Year’ award by one of our lovely clients.

This nomination was submitted on the basis of effective, compassionate support being provided consistently by our amazing support workers.

After making it to the shortlist, we were named winners of the award. Our first ever award for the recognition of our wonderful staff team.

Following our initial win of this award the previous year, we were again shortlisted under the category, ‘Homecare Service of the Year 2023/24’.

The judges reviewed all the shortlisted nominees and again named us Homecare Service of the Year.

This was an amazing achievement for our team and we were so delighted, once again, our staff had been honoured for their dedicated, high-quality standard of work.

For the third consecutive year, we have been named ‘Homecare Service of the Year’.

This award has provided our staff with recognition and given them the confidence in what they do with service users each and every day.

Our staff work brilliantly with out service users to achieve goals and reach outcomes, as well as keeping them safe and assisting them to join and interact within their local communities.

Diamond Home Assist were placed in the Top 20 Home Care Providers Scotland in 2023, on the Homecare.co.uk awards.

These awards are determined by the reviews left by service users, relatives or carers with an affiliation to the company.
